I shipped my Red Wing boots here for a tongue repair. They did an excellent job fixing them and sent me photos of options before completing the work. The prices were reasonable and the team was easy to communicate with - highly recommended!
Needed Asolo hikers sole repair. No repair shops would do the repair. I used the mail in service. Very happy with the result’s. Will use them as preferred boot/shoe repair going forward. Thank you!
I used the mail in service to have my Whites Journeyman boots resoled. Also had them upgraded with a full leather midsole....Matt was great to deal with. Work was done quicker than expected. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the end result looks great.
Just sent my boots in to get a resole, spoke with Matt on the phone and so far am pleased with the customer service. Looking forward to getting my boots back! Read a review of some fella stating "they're guaranteed to wear out" all I can think is that the work done will last long enough to wear out. One of 2 places in Canada certified to repair Red wing. Can't wait to wear my boots.Edit! Boots came in the mail today! They look great and fit so much better thanks to stretching the leather! The workmanship looks incredible!Thank you!Edit! 3 years later(Dec 2021)the boots still look great, and I recently reached out again and was shocked at how quickly Mat responded to my email!It's not very common these days I feel.Very impressed yet again! This is a tough review to write. I sent them a pair of Dayton's in slightly worse shape than my back up pair. I blew a sole on these so is inevitable that my spares will too. It took just over 7 weeks and $311 to get them back including the ToughToe.The downsides:7 weeks is a lot.I don’t plan to wear these with snowshoes, so I'm not sure why they left a 1/4" platform around the heal. It looks stupid, and 100 will catch way more mud and concrete.These are boots I bought in 2017 for industrial work. They've been covered in grease, concrete, diesel, degreaser and sodium chloride for up to 23,000 steps a day. Great boots and great job on refitting the boots. If they make 5 more years, that's still a bargain. ....I just don't like the heel detail or the delay.
Top notch service both in sales of new and repairs of my old boots. The only place This side of Victoria for Vibergs in my mind. Socks, insoles, etc. Honest and friendly advice, support of products after the sale exceeded expectations by far. keep up the good work team and I hope my kids are buying boots from your kids!
From the get go Joel was extremely friendly to deal with. He answered all my questions patiently and most importantly got the work done on my boots on time. I now know where to send my boots if there's any work needed to be done on them.
They revived a pair of Sasquatch boots for me. Size 17 work boots like new again. Highly recommended by large footed hairy folk. "I'm sorry I left my boots there so long, thank you so much for holding on to them"

If it is time to resole your Wings and u need a sole that works well on roofs. untrue footing and performs well in cold temps, FIRE & ICE is what you want. Straight up friggen great. I can not be more pleased with the talent that did up my boots.cheersKev

Great place and even better people! Joel was great to deal with, he sold me a pair of Red Back steel toes that are great. As a long time journeyman at the end of the day I couldn’t get my work boots off fast enough, these Red Back’s I have hardly even taken off! I wear them everywhere, total comfort. Can’t say enough about the staff, store and shoes. Highly recommended. Thanks.

I sent my fiancé’s Red Wings to get tread put on as they were smooth and not safe to wear in the winter. They did an amazing job for a great price!! My fiancé and I are so happy with the job they did!! Highly recommend!!
