Dayton Boot Repair

We are Dayton's Authorized Repair Center and we offer mail-in repair service available to all Canadians.

If you have Dayton boots that need repair, we have you covered.

We are Dayton's one and only Authorized Repair Centre.

If you have a warranty claim that has been approved by Dayton, go ahead and send it to us.

If you are not sure if your issue is covered by Dayton's warranty, you may decide to send it to us anyway. We will evaluate your item(s) and determine warranty eligibility. If they are covered, we will repair them at no additional cost to you. If they are not covered, we will let you know what the cost to you will be before any work is done. If you decide against having the work completed, we will either discard your item(s) at your request or we will pay to ship them back to you as a courtesy. Either way, you only pay for shipping once.

For all non-warranty work, refer to the following price list.

To maintain your Dayton footwear:

  • Allow your boots to air dry and NEVER put your boots in front of a direct heat source.
  • Regularly remove all mud, dirt, dust, concrete/drywall dust etc. from your boots (over time these items will dry out the leather and deteriorate stitches and seals).
  • Only use Dayton's OK Oil on your footwear - using other foot care products may damage the leather and void the warranty.
  • Use a Boot Jack and do not remove boots by pushing down on the heels (over time it will separate from the leather upper from the sole).
